of" date specified by the client.
All current directors and officers are included as active administrators.
As well, where directors and officers are reported as ceased via
a CIA document filed on the "As of" date of the report,
they are included as inactive administrators on the Point in Time
Report.
Where "Other" appears on the report under
the heading Officer Type, the rider contains the statement "Please
note that when the same individual holds multiple "other untitled"
officer positions, as indicated on a Form 1 under the Corporations
Information Act, only one of these "other untitled" positions
held by that individual will be reflected on the report.
