A driver's record search is conducted for the
purpose of revealing particular information with respect to convictions,
charges and other actions against a specific driver's license within
the last three years. This search will also reveal the driver's
current address.
A driver's license history report will also reveal
the driver's current address along with the driver's license history
and the driver's address history for the last five years.
In order to conduct these searches we require the
individual's driver's license number. If the driver's license number
is not available we will require the full name, address and date
of birth of the party in question. When this is obtained, the search
will reveal the proper name of the individual, address, and any
convictions or charges.
These records are protected
under the Privacy Act of Ontario, Documental can only provide these
services to parties who are authorized to receive this information.
