Description

A NUANS report is a five-page document that includes a list of corporations, business names, and trademarks that appear and sound similar to the name you are proposing.

This report must be ordered and submitted to the pertinent jurisdiction, along with your Articles, in almost all cases. When this name search is ordered on your proposed corporate name, that report has a life of 90 days from the date the NUANS report was requested.

If your proposed name and Articles are not approved within this 90- day period, you must make another request for the name search.

NUANS searches can be ordered by one of the following methods:

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 1 pm, will be ready the same day before 6 pm.
Orders placed after 1 pm, will be ready the next business day before 11:30 am.
