The Certificate of Non-Filing refers to filings
under the Corporations Information Act.
It is issued based on information which has been recorded on the
Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS) on or after June 27,
1992.
It can only be produced if no documents have been
filed under the Corporations Information Act by the subject corporation
since June 27, 1992.
