Q. How
much do you charge? A. The cost depends
on the services requested. All fees include Government fees, access
fees and our services fees. GST extra.
Q. If I decide to have regular service, do I need to sign a contract?
A. No contract is required unless you will be requesting
confidential information. It would be the best to speak to one of
our representatives regarding your requirements.
Q. How can I place
an order?
A. Our clients have the following choices: Order
online, by fax, or by mail.
Q. How long does
it take to process an order?
A. Most searches are done within a few hours. In
some cases it could take longer. We will advise you ahead of time.
We usually process all orders at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm. Orders received
after 3:30 pm will be processed on the next business day. Rush services
are available under certain conditions.
Q. How would you
deliver information to us?
A. You can choose from the following methods of
delivery: Fax, Mail, E-mail, Courier.
Q. If this is my
first order, do I need to complete any special forms?
A. Yes. Contact us. We will send you a short application
form to establish a new account. Once you complete it just fax it
back to us.
Q. What method of
payment do you accept?
A. We accept: Visa, Master Card, Amex, Deposit account
or direct deposit to our account at any branch of Bank of Montreal.
Q. What would you
charge, If a search does not produce any results?
A. Since we only act as the transmitters of information,
we do not create the search results. As such a negative search results
counts as a search and a regular charge applies.
